CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS
To protect both your brand and mine, here’s how my content licensing works:
Standard Usage License:
You may use content I create for organic social media posting for 3 months from the delivery date.
Not Included:
Paid ads, boosted posts, whitelisting, print marketing, website banners, packaging, or long-term advertising without written approval.
Credit:
Please tag @officially.teryn.smith when posting publicly.
Renewal:
After 3 months, usage rights expire unless renewed.
Extended licensing is available upon request.
Ownership:
I retain full ownership of raw and final content.
Brands receive a temporary license, not ownership.
