All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payment plans (if offered) must be completed on time.

3. Refund Policy
Coaching Calls
All coaching calls are non-refundable.
If payment is not completed within 2 hours of booking, the appointment slot may be released.
Events
All event tickets are final sale and non-transferable unless otherwise explicitly noted.
Digital Products
Due to the downloadable nature of digital items, all sales are final.
4. Scheduling & Rescheduling (Coaching)
You may reschedule once for free with 48 hours’ notice.
Your rescheduled session must occur within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
Additional reschedules require a new booking and full payment.
Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) may forfeit the session.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, layouts, materials, digital downloads, and branding are owned by Officially Teryn Smith and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed.
6. Event Participation
By attending any event, class, or networking program:
You agree to behave respectfully toward all guests.
You understand photography and video may be taken and used for promotional purposes.
You release Officially Teryn Smith from liability related to injuries, lost items, or personal decisions.
